Miss World 2013 Megan Young is back in Manila! Our first Filipina Miss World titleholder shed tears of joy yesterday at the press conference held to welcome her. Megan shared how overwhelmed she was by the kind of reception she was getting.
Megan took part in the NBA Global Games also held yesterday at the Mall of Asia Arena. She did the ceremonial toss between the Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers.

Later today, there will be a victory parade organized by the MMDA for our latest Pinoy pride. Assembly point will be at Petron Makati Avenue corner Buendia at 1:00 PM. The parade is expected to end at 4:00 PM at the SM Mall of Asia. Participants are encouraged to wear blue and bring blue ribbons or balloons as the Miss World pageant is known for its blue crown.
