Will Evan from Twitter Be the Right Mr. Pastillas?

Philippine noontime shows have suddenly turned into loveteam-seryes. After the hit and phenomenal Kalye Serye on Eat Bulaga, here comes what is called by netizens as the Twitter Serye on It’s Showtime focused on finding a suitable partner a.k.a. Mr. Pastillas for Ms. Pastillas Angelica Jane Yap. Her monicker was derived from her viral Youtube videos narrating how to make the famous local treats with references to real-life bitterness. As she shared in the AdVice Ganda segment last week, Ms. Pastillas’ boyfriend left her for her confidante. This led her to produce such hugot-heavy videos. The It’s Showtime team decided to help her find her match through pairing her up with a guy named Topher from the audience and a certain Jess from Bacolod (They flew in the guy yesterday). In today’s episode, another Showtime viewer expressed interest in meeting Ms. Pastillas through Twitter. A cropped photo showing the guy named Evan‘s (@evanshame) goodlooking features piqued everyone’s interest onstage and Evan was invited for a live guesting tomorrow to set her up with Ms. Pastillas. With her mouth covered trying to contain excitement, Ms. Pastillas appeared so giddy for tomorrow’s meeting.

Will Evan be the right one? We’ll find out tomorrow.
