Foreign Artists Dawin and Lifehouse Personally Tweet ‘Yaya Dub’ Maine Mendoza
Proof of the immense popularity of AlDub is that even foreign artists Dawin and Lifehouse personally sent their congratulatory messages to ‘Yaya Dub’ Maine Mendoza via Twitter. We can recall that Maine watched Lifehouse‘s concert in Manila early this month and Dawin is the singer behind one of Kalyeserye’s signature songs – Dessert. The band Lifehouse tweeted Maine on the record-breaking number of tweets pertaining to Eat Bulaga’s Sa Tamang Panahon episode which had her and loveteam partner Alden Richards as main focus. AlDub fans now hold the record of having the most number of tweets (39.5 million tweets with the hashtag AlDubEBTamangPanahon) within a 24-hour period. This record beat the Superbowl one with more than 28 million tweets. Meanwhile, Dawin tweeted Maine on her Dessert Dance with friends. 🙂
