Dominique Cojuangco, daughter of business mogul Tony Boy Cojuangco and actress Gretchen Barretto, is part of this year’s prestigious annual French fashion event, Les Bal Des Debutantes in France.  The ball is an annual event that brings together 20-25 girls aged 16-22 coming from famous families (art, politics, business, etc.) from different countries. Dominique is currently studying in London.
