Alden Richards Reveals Reason Behind Maine Mendoza’s ‘Tampo’ Last Week
In his Chika Minute interview before flying to Dubai this afternoon, Alden Richards was asked about the reason behind AlDub partner Maine Mendoza‘s ‘pagtatampo‘ for four days last week. Maine herself casually mentioned the tampuhan during her Maine Event birthday special on Eat Bulaga last Saturday but said they are keeping the reason a secret. Earlier, Alden revealed what the real reason was — he initially told Maine he wouldn’t make it to her birthday getaway to Boracay last weekend due to prior work commitments. The truth was, the Pambansang Bae already had his schedule blocked off for the trip and was set to surprise his love team partner. Alden even rented a private plane to ensure the surprise won’t be ruined.
