Hello Randomistas. And I’m here to give you some tips on how to effectively lose 5-7 kg of weight in only a week. Beware, this cleansing program lasts for 7 days and is not for the faint-hearted. If you are not committed in finishing this diet program at all or if you have any medical conditions like diabetes, better to take the necessary precautions before starting this program.
Well I have tried this for over a dozen times now for the past two years, and it has been working well for me.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water to keep you hydrated and to lessen the chances of having headaches.
- Avoid cooking your food in oil. Best to eat fresh or at least boiled food.
- Try to also exercise
Day One Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want (except bananas). It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons & watermelons.
Day Two All veggies. You are encouraged to eat raw or boiled vegetables of your choice and as many as you want. There is no limit on the amount or type. Start with potatoes for breakfast for you complex carbohydrate fix.
Day Three Mixture fruits and vegetables. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today.
Day Four Bananas and milk. Eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. Today you will also feel a bit bloated, but that’s a good sign…
Day Five Eat beef and tomatoes. Eat two 10 oz. portions of lean beef combined with six whole tomatoes. On day five you must increase your water intake to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.
Day Six Today you may eat an unlimited amount of beef together with vegetables.
Day Seven One more day! Today you may eat brown rice, fruit juices (only fresh ones please!) and vegetables.
After the seventh day, you will definitely feel a lot lighter. Cheers to a healthier and sexier you!
