Son of Master Rapper Francis M., Elmo Magalona shakes things up this year as he joins ABS-CBN’s growing pool of young heartthrobs. Elmo, 21, was a former star of GMA 7 before he moved to his new home station.

He first gained prominence after following the footsteps of his dad as rapper and performer. He was a main cast of GMA’s defunct Sunday noontime shows, “Party Pilipinas” and “Sunday All Stars.”

He also starred in various teleseryes including “Bantatay” and “Villa Quintana.”

Elmo is the other half of the popular love team “JuliElmo” with Julie Ann San Jose. But in real life, Elmo is rumored to be still seeing his other onscreen partner, Janine Gutierrez. In 2016, he will be paired up with Janella Salvador in a new teleserye, “Born to Love You.”

Aside from his father’s awesome pure talent, Elmo seems to have inherited his dad’s good looks and charisma. Check out this hot video of his Cosmo runway walk:
