Anne Curtis and Vhong Navarro Performed LIVE in Singapore for TFC’s “Kabayan Let’s Go”
Unlike the other events held in Singapore the past few months, TFC’s “Kabayan Let’s Go” yesterday brought a different twist to its show at the Resorts World Theatre Sentosa with the primary objective of entertaining and giving back to all the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Singapore.
Aside from bringing two of the biggest names in Philippine show business today as guests, “It’s Showtime” hosts (Vhong Navarro and Anne Curtis), the program which had a noontime show concept featured various interactive games and performances on-stage while giving prizes to the participants.
Kabayan Let’s Go is The Filipino Channel’s (TFC) newest Sunday noontime show which will air in select destinations in the region such as Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, Thailand and many more. Singapore became the launchpad for episode 1.
Hosted by Mel Feliciano (of the Solid Gold Dancers/It’s Showtime), Wacky Kiray (comedian), and Mariposa (former ASF Dancer of Wowowee), the show had various fun segments such as the Kabayan Sing Along and the dance showdowns. A couple of our OFWs won Php 10,000 each while some took home gift vouchers (one year free remittance with the Philippine National Bank – Singapore) and even a Samsung tablet.
