Known for his daring news coverages and college boy charm, news reporter-anchor Atom Araullo is spending his last day in ABS-CBN today. The news heartthrob who spent 13 years with the Kapamilya Network shared that he’s off to pursue his other passions like photography and filmmaking. Atom is currently the lead actor in Mike De Leon’s comeback film Citizen Jake.

Working with ABS-CBN for over a decade has been an amazing adventure. However, the time has come to explore emerging opportunities and challenges beyond the organization. Although I am taking a new path, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the company that helped me become the journalist I am today. To all the hardworking men and women of ABS-CBN, maraming maraming salamat 🙂
