Christine Babao Shares Encounter with Alden Richards at a Benefit Concert

TV personality and parenting advocate Christine Bersola-Babao shared her encounter with the man of the hour, Alden Richards, at the For the Love of Mama benefit concert. Through her photo captions, Christine gave words of praise and appreciation for how Alden is as a person and how he touches lives.

The concert held at the Mall of Asia Arena aimed to raise funds for the construction of the Kristong Hari Church in Quezon City. Other celebrity guests present were Comedy Queen AiAi Delas Alas and Prince of Pop Erik Santos.

Ms. Ai was in tears, as she gave a deeply moving speech about how God has saved her in so many ways, and how she is paying it forward by donating to Anawim , Home for the Aged and Kristong Hari Church. Video 2 : @aldenrichards02 singing a praise & worship song, “How Great is Our God ” . The way RJ / Richard sang the song was so heartfelt, ( tagos sa puso niya) and one can’t help but sing along. “How Great is Our God ? ” So Great ! He makes dreams come true. Alden couldn’t believe that it’s all happening now for him, after years of waiting. But he remained steadfast. He kept believing and praying. And it is his strong Faith that led him to where he is now. If his Mama were still alive, she would be so proud of her son. But she is watching over Alden & smiling at him now because she has a good son whose time has come. Imagine just by singing this song, how many people Alden has inspired. Most especially the youth – his legions of fans who look up to him. Now that’s Faith in Action. And putting to good use one’s Fame in order to remind so many people of How Great Our God is. Amen!
