Content creator Aira Lopez surprises BF Mark Leviste with a campaign jingle she composed
Content creator, athlete, and Status by Sparkle artist Aira Lopez sparked kilig on TikTok when she surprised her boyfriend, politician Mark Leviste, with her composition of an unofficial jingle for his campaign. She turned Leviste’s favorite song Pare Ko’s lyrics into words that she feels best represent Leviste as a candidate for congressman of the third district of Batangas.

In case you missed it, Lopez and Leviste hard-launched their official relationship in January of this year. Lopez has been very open about the dating stage on her social media platform. Amid naysayers who often have criticized the age gap between the two, Lopez and Leviste continue to prove that they make each other happy. The couple has gained quite a huge following online, with many cheering them on. This recent sweet gesture by Lopez is another kilig moment to add to their list.
In a recent video she posted, she is seen inside Leviste’s car (with her sister Kang seated on the back seat), holding her tablet and showing Leviste a video. She was caught excitedly telling Leviste, “We have a surprise for youuu…” Leviste, looking confused, asked, “For me? Bakit ako yung nasurprise? Hindi ba dapat ako yung mang-susurprise?”

“Maiba lang! Kasi lagi mo akong sinusurprise kaya ako naman mag-ssurprise for you and sana maappreciate mo kasi pinag-effortan ko ‘to and may touch din ni Kang ito, love! Kaya kasama natin siya ngayon!”
“Parang naiiyak ako!,” Leviste said. “Naiiyak din ako,” Aira’s sister responded.

“Parang super random naman nito!,” Leviste quipped. Lopez was quick to reply, “Kasi bihirang-bihira kita sinusurprise. Deserve mo naman ang effort ko, ‘kay?” She went on to show the video she lovingly worked on.

Leviste was obviously surprised and thrilled at the same time. Check out the revised lyrics of the Eraserheads song which Lopez composed. She commissioned a singer to perform the personal gift to Leviste. This is screaming love and support.
Oh, Pare-Cong
Ang Pare-Cong makamasa
Ang Pare-Cong nag-iisa
Si Mark Leviste
Sa kanya’y di ka magsisisi
Ang congressman na subok niyo na
Kay Mark Leviste na tayo
Ang bata niyo sa Kongreso
Hangad niya ay bumuti tayo
Kaya’t kay congressman Mark tayo
Oh, sinong bata niyo sa Kongreso?
Si Mark Leviste na
Number 3 sa balota
District 3 ng probinsya
Kay Mark Leviste na
Iboto Congressman Leviste
Leviste…Leviste

Leviste hugged his girlfriend and showed appreciation for the thoughtful act by saying, “Super happy. I didn’t expect that.” In the comment section of the video, Leviste left this message:
“Grabe ka love!!! Hanggang ngayon kinikilig ako, love I can’t stop watching both the video and this post – ang galeng ng pagka-edit mo, love. Thank you and Kang talaga! I love you!”

The outgoing Batangas vice governor gave way for actress-turned-politician Vilma Santos-Recto’s bid for the gubernatorial seat. Santos, known as the country’s Star for All Seasons, expressed appreciation and support for Leviste. Santos expressed her heartfelt endorsement and well wishes through a message. She said, “Vice, I truly admire you and appreciate you and praying for you too na sana manalo ka rin sa hinahangad mo na distrito para sa ating lalawigan. But again, if I may reiterate, we will continue to work as a family. Okay? So to all of you and to you Vice, all the best in life. And God bless you, God bless all of us. I admire you and appreciate you Vice. Thank you.” This shows the camaraderie between the two potential leaders of Batangas in 2025.
Leviste, in a previous article published on The Philippine Star, said, “After careful consideration and discernment, I have decided to step aside as a gubernatorial aspirant to honor my relationship, loyalty and support for Governor Vilma Santos-Recto. Our goal has always been and will continue to be the progressive development of the Province of Batangas.”
