Last February 7, I had the amazing opportunity to try out the FIRST Trampoline Park in the Philippines during its soft opening. ‘Trampoline Parks’  began as an American concept and has since turned into an international craze. The unique theme park now has over 350 branches in the US and Europe. And finally, we have it here in Manila! The first Trampoline Park – Zero Gravity Zone is located in the Portal, Greenfield District in Mandaluyong City (off EDSA near Shaw Boulevard).

TRAMPOLINE PARK is a large warehouse filled with special trampoline mats installed from wall-to-wall, allowing users to jump, bounce, and fly in all directions without worries. The park is set to offer special fitness and Zumba classes and other gravity-defying sports. For those of us non-players in real life, slamdunking’s made easy with the “bouncy” basketball lanes. 😉

I got to experience firsthand how ultra-fun it was to let loose and just  jump and bounce around.

Upon entry, rubberized gravity socks (Php80) to maximize the fun and ensure safety.

Before getting into the trampoline zone, visitors need to watch an instructional video with reminders and re-enactments of do’s and don’ts. This one is very IMPORTANT.

Safety reminders are everywhere! 🙂

One of the best parts of the zone. You can swim into a sea of foam! (Remember NOT to dive with your head first.)
