Asked what is their edge among competitors, owner Phil Lipnica emphasized the importance of providing a bespoke experience. “We consider our unique selling proposition and we make sure we provide care, yun kasi yung number 1 dyan e – dapat ma-feel ng customer mo yung care, so I think that’s really our strength. Kasi from the time na nag-enter yung patients namin, ina-assist sila hanggang pagkatapos. Kumbaga meron kaming end-to-end process na pino-provide sa customers.”

Dra. What are the most in-demand treatments this Holiday season?
The proud dermatologist said, “Right now, because it’s Christmas season and we have a lot of reunions and mga on-site parties, so I have a lot of patients who get treatments like the botox procedures lalo na sa mga balikbayans and yung ating mga Titas of Manila, they’re into fillers and then botox… Nakakatuwa kasi really it’s a team effort between the doctor and the aesthetician, and then the nurses, so that we can come up with the best solution for our patient.”
