Then and now, their promise of allowing their clients to “experience the real care” stands true. The only difference is, they are more aggressive now more than ever.

Idara Aesthetics, a skin care center that is committed to making sure that their patrons and clients “feel pampered and safe” with their hands, officially launched its fourth branch last December 3 at Ayala Malls Feliz in Pasig City.

The clinic’s grand launch was joined by TikTok personalities and Idara Ambassadors Dior Veneracion, Idol Philippines Finalist Chloe Redondo, and Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10 housemate Dustine Mayores.

Asked what is their edge among competitors, owner Phil Lipnica emphasized the importance of providing a bespoke experience. “We consider our unique selling proposition and we make sure we provide care, yun kasi yung number 1 dyan e – dapat ma-feel ng customer mo yung care, so I think that’s really our strength. Kasi from the time na nag-enter yung patients namin, ina-assist sila hanggang pagkatapos. Kumbaga meron kaming end-to-end process na pino-provide sa customers.”

Resident Dermatologist Dra. Eliza Sanchez takes pride in how their team operates. ‘Na-appreciate ko yung care ng whole clinic. For example, I have a patient. Even if I’m not here everyday, you will feel you are being cared for. Even if you have inquiries or follow ups even before the treatment or after, talagang very prompt yung kanilang response and we will answer all your inquiries. So the patient doesn’t feel na ‘oh tapos na,’  the treatment is done when they leave the door. Idara makes sure that the patients come back,” adding that they also make sure that a medical staff is on standby if there are concerns, questions and queries before or during a session.”

Dra. Sanchez gleefully explains the philosophy behind Idara. “Idara Aesthetics’ philosophy is really caring for your patients and providing them not only with the latest machines and technologies that we have in the field of medicine and aesthetics but it’s really the fact that you’ll feel the love and the care of all the staff. It doesn’t end when you finish your treatment. They’re very commendable because all the staff down to the supervisors are very caring and they also follow-up on their patients. That’s what you can see and feel here in Idara na you really feel cared for not only during your treatment but even afterwards.”

What are the most in-demand treatments this Holiday season?

The proud dermatologist said, “Right now, because it’s Christmas season and we have a lot of reunions and mga on-site parties, so I have a lot of patients who get treatments like the botox procedures lalo na sa mga balikbayans and yung ating mga Titas of Manila, they’re into fillers and then botox… Nakakatuwa kasi really it’s a team effort between the doctor and the aesthetician, and then the nurses, so that we can come up with the best solution for our patient.”

Idara’s facial services range from Php 1,200 to Php 1,800 for a single session. They also offer 6 sessions and get 2 free with rates starting at Php 7,200.

You may visit Idara Aesthetics in any of their branches: Robinsons Galleria in Ortigas Avenue, Scout Borromeo in Quezon City, Ayala Malls Feliz in Pasig, and Robinsons Place Las Pinas in Las Pinas City.
