Former child star Amy Nobleza graduates magna cum laude, thanks Vice Ganda for financial assistance
Amy Nobleza, once a familiar face in television and movies, has achieved a new milestone – graduating with a Business Administration degree, majoring in Marketing Management. Not only did she graduate, she did so with honors, earning the magna cum laude distinction from Lyceum of the Philippines University – Manila.

This story began in 2019 on the singing competition “Tawag ng Tanghalan,” a segment of the noontime show “It’s Showtime.” Amy, a contestant at the time, received an unexpected offer from Vice Ganda. Touched by Amy’s academic aspirations and uncertain financial situation, Vice generously offered to cover her college expenses.
A top student throughout her elementary and high school years, Amy had shared her desire to pursue business but was unsure about her next steps. Vice’s promise to support her education brought Amy to tears, and even sparked a playful exchange about her future as a potential Senate President. The heartwarming moment concluded with a hug and Vice’s encouragement for Amy to prioritize her studies, a path he himself wasn’t able to fully pursue due to his early entry into show business.
