FULL RECIPE: Nikki Gil’s ‘Best’ Chocolate Chip Cookies

From the time she guested on Kris TV for a baking demo of her chocolate chip cookies, we have always been curious about Nikki Gil’s recipe. It was a joy to see her post on Instagram a few days ago – the detailed recipe of what she referred to as possibly her best chocolate chip cookie batch! 🙂 Hmmm, looks like the soon-to-be wife is mastering her kitchen skills.

Here’s the copy:

This may be the best batch of chocolate chip cookies I have ever made 1C butter, 1/2C sugar, 1 1/2C brown sugar, 2 eggs, vanilla extract, 2 1/2C flour, 1/2tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder and baking soda, chocolate chips, and a few strands of Charlie hair. Bake for 10 mins at 350. Enjooooooy! Nomnomnom
