Joice Espinoza makes it to the list of ‘Influencer Singers of the Year’
Anticipation filled Viva Cafe PH in Quezon City as the “Influencers Watchlist 2025” event had arrived, honoring individuals making a difference across diverse fields. Singer Joice Espinoza, whose career has blossomed under the guidance of John Rey Malto, was among those celebrated. She marked the occasion with a performance of Sarah Geronimo’s “Ikot-Ikot,” her voice filling the room during the awards ceremony.
From Community to Recognition
Espinoza’s path hasn’t been a calculated climb to the top, says Malto. Instead, it’s been about nurturing a natural gift. She began performing in her community, constantly at singing competitions and beauty pageants. These experiences were a chance for Espinoza to express herself, to share her passion with anyone who would listen. “We are sincerely thankful for this recognition of her talent,” Malto shared, his pride evident.

The night was a celebration of influence in its many forms. Caesar Vallejos, President of NET25, received the “Influencer of the Year Award for Leadership in Broadcast Media,” while Emma Tiglao was honored with the “Influencer Hall of Fame Award for Pageantry as a Beauty Queen.”
Other notable figures also graced the event, accepting their awards in person. Korina Sanchez received the “Influencer Hall of Fame Award for Television Hosting and Journalism,” Andrew Gan was named “Influencer of the Year Award for Celebrity Entrepreneurship,” Diane Querrer earned the “Influencer of the Year Award for Entertainment as a TV Morning Show Host,” and Lance Raymundo was recognized as “Influencer of the Year Award for Pageantry as an International Host.”
