Juicing with the Stars [Solenn, Heart, Georgina, et al.]
Juicing is such an in thing these days. Some do it for a couple of days for a quick weight loss or detoxification while there are those who have managed to incorporate it into their daily diet. We have yet to give you the lowdown on juicing, its benefits, and our favorite recipes.
For now, we just want to share some readily available options you have in the market in case you want to try them soon – Detoxify Bar, The Skinny Juicery, and Juju Cleanse. Some juice sellers are now selling healthy food to complement their juicing method. Whether you’re in it for weight loss or simple detox, the following information is for those who still don’t have juicers at home or don’t have the luxury of time to chop and peel fruits and veggies.
