Two Filipino specialty food brands, Davao’s Malagos Chocolate and Bicol’s Pili Nuts (Pili Pushers), were recently featured at the Specialty & Fine Food Asia 2017 in Singapore last July 17-19, 2017. With the aim of promoting Southeast Asian food and beverages, the event brings together food entrepreneurs/suppliers around the region with their potential buyers/distributors. The two brands were awarded the “Great Taste” seal of approval by the UK-based organization, The Guild of Fine Food.
