KathNiel vs. JaDine vs. AlDub: Who Will Be on Top of the ‘Fast Food Chain’?
Tweets about AlDub becoming McDonald’s newest brand endorsers have been creating virtual buzz since Sunday afternoon. If it gets confirmed soon that ‘Yaya Dub’ Maine Mendoza and Alden Richards are endorsing the American fast food chain as a loveteam, it is expected they will be pitted against two of the country’s hottest loveteams – KathNiel (Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla) and JaDine (James Reid and Nadine Lustre). This wouldn’t be surprising as KathNiel endorses Kentucky Fried Chicken or KFC and JaDine promotes Jollibee. While KathNiel and JaDine are dominating the primetime ratings and Twitter’s trending topics nightly, AlDub has already raked in primetime-high ratings on the noontime spot and holds the highest record of tweets from fans for a local loveteam. This advertising battle of endorsers is going to be interesting.
