KimXi's MUST DATE THE PLAYBOY Episode 1

ABS-CBN Mobile’s first mobile film series, Must Date the Playboy, starring Kim Chiu and Xian Lim is surely a treat for all KimXi fans out there. Yesterday, August 31, the series which is the first of its kind was released exclusively on mobile and we got the chance to watch the 45-minute episode.

With Kim and Xian are Jessy Mendiola and Matt Evans. Here are some random highlights from Episode 1. Go get your sim card now and catch the film. (Watch out for kilig scenes they managed to squeeze in this early!)

Before we forget, here’s how to watch: Just key in (make sure you have cellphone load!) IWANTV10 (for a 24-hour access) and IWANT40 (for a 7-day access) and send to 2135 as a text message.

Little did I know, I received a message from ABS-CBN Mobile earlier that I could have gotten access to the film for FREE. Goodbye, Php10! Hehe. I’ll maximize this treat though as the series has three more weeks of running.

Back to the series, you’ll get to know the organized Tori (a.k.a. Victoria and discover her name’s history too!) who does everything based on a list. Yes, even her lovelife is on THE list.

Her best friends Nathan (Matt Evans) and Chloe (supermodel BFF, Jessy Mendiola) play a major part of her life. In fact, their barkada’s involvement in Tori’s lovelife dates back to 7 years ago when Tori lost EMPOY (you have to watch to understand) to a laptop crash. All Tori has is Nathan’s sketch of EMPOY’s face. EMPOY looks a lot like Zach Andres (Xian Lim, Chloe’s model-boyfriend who’s known to be a certified playboy).
