LOOK: GMA Artist Center unveils its new name ‘SPARKLE’ and launches a music video
Following the drop of teasers on its official social media accounts the past few days, GMA Network’s official talent arm Artist Center finally unveiled its new name – SPARKLE.
GMA Artist Center was launched in 1995 and has since been the home to some of GMA’s brightest talents. Currently, Kapuso stars Alden Richards, Heart Evangelista, Julie Anne San Jose, Barbie Forteza, and Ken Chan are part of the team.
In the coming year, Artist Center gets a new vibe and aims to ignite new sparks in the industry.
Led by known starmaker Johnny Manahan (Mr. M) and Gigi Santiago-Lara, Senior Assistant Vice President for Alternative Productions, Sparkle is set to train its roster of talents and produce new stars.
Mr. M shared with GMA News the talent arm’s statement: “Only the brightest stars sparkle. Our aim is to leave a little Sparkle wherever we go.”
