Miss Philippines Rachel Peters Enters Top 16 in Miss Universe as Part of the Wildcard
The Miss Universe organization shakes things up this year with probably a fairer system in picking their Top 16. Instead of a random mixed selection, they will base the finalists per region instead: four from the Americas, four from Europe, 4 from Asia Pacific & Africa, and four from any country as part of the Wildcard.
