In a city where progress and nature often stand at opposite ends of the conversation, Virendo proves they can, in fact, move forward together.

Virendo takes its name from the Spanish words “verde” (green) and “pausado” (gentle or deliberate), a fitting description for a community that embraces both lush landscapes and a thoughtful pace of living.
Envisioned as “nature’s finest address,” Virendo is Ayala Land’s first luxury residential project in Davao. Located in Toril, just 16 kilometers from the city center, it offers sweeping views of the Mt. Apo–Talomo range and the Davao Gulf.

Once considered a distant part of the city, Toril used to be a 1–2 hour drive from downtown Davao, depending on traffic. With the opening of the coastal road, the travel time has been significantly reduced to just 30–40 minutes, even during rush hour.
The new coastal road eases congestion by redirecting vehicles away from Quimpo Boulevard and MacArthur Highway, resulting in shorter and more predictable travel times.

Commuters and motorists now experience smoother traffic flow during peak hours along this route. Soon, the Davao City Bypass Road will further enhance connectivity by linking Barangay Sirawan in Toril to Barangay J.P. Laurel in Panabo City, cutting travel time between southern Davao and Davao del Norte from nearly three hours to about one hour.

This expanding network of infrastructure opens doors for robust residential and commercial development in the southern corridor of Davao.
Ayala Land has a solid history of turning once-remote, undervalued areas into dynamic urban destinations, as seen in landmark developments like Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and Nuvali.
In the same spirit as BGC and Nuvali, Ayala Land is introducing Virendo as a new kind of neighborhood — one that nurtures a nice community while reflecting the warmth, culture, and character at the heart of Davao.
Virendo is a master-planned, mixed-use, and self-sustaining estate developed through a joint venture between Ayala Land and ANFLO Management and Investment Corporatiob. Positioned as Davao’s nature-inspired southern gateway, it is set to redefine living in this part of the city.
The initial phase of the 37.4-hectare development will offer 150 generously sized residential lots ranging from 450 to 1,803 square meters. Set on rolling terrain with natural waterways and elevations between 155 and 237 meters above sea level, Virendo promises a cool, tranquil, and restorative environment.
Ayala Land is also introducing its well-loved courtyard concept to Davao through Virendo, a design philosophy successfully implemented in other flagship estates such as Nuvali and Vermosa.

With Virendo — as with Nuvali and Vermosa — Ayala Land aims to help Filipinos secure premium addresses that serve both as long-term investments and legacy homes for their families across generations.
Virendo reflects the growing preference for horizontal communities, where residents value generous space, privacy, and an authentic, everyday connection with nature.
