The New Frontier stage was filled with energy last Friday as iconic ’90s dance group, The Streetboys, reunited for a sold-out concert that sent fans on a nostalgic trip back in time. Adding to the excitement, the country’s youngest CEO, Kryzl Jorge, joined the iconic legendary group for a special performance.

Kryzl’s Whirlwind Dance Debut

Despite her demanding role as a CEO, Kryzl proved she’s got moves! She seamlessly integrated with The Streetboys, mastering their signature 90s medley in just three days.

“It was a wonderful experience,” Kryzl shared after the show, beaming. “I’m so happy to share the stage with ‘The Streetboys.'”

The quick turnaround for learning the choreography didn’t faze her. “I practiced for it around three days, and it was easy to remember. The members were also kind to help me prepare for the dance,” she added.

The Streetboys’ Emotional Return

For The Streetboys, the concert was a wave of emotion and disbelief. The overwhelming response from fans who filled every seat in the venue left them speechless.

“This happened after 31 years, and we saw it completely full,” said Vhong Navarro, his voice thick with emotion. “We saw the cheers, the applause, and the love, so we are very grateful that they continue to be there for us.”

Jhong added, “We were shocked that there were so many people. We cried earlier because we didn’t know if this would happen again. We were surprised that we survived and there were no injuries.”

A Show Filled with Memories and Surprises

For two hours, the audience was treated to a display of impressive dance skills that cemented The Streetboys’ place in Filipino pop culture history. The show also featured surprise appearances by SB19’s Justin and Stell, who expressed their admiration for the group and joined them on stage.

Beyond the impressive performances, the concert was a reflection on The Streetboys’ journey. The members took time to reminisce about their early days and how their experiences shaped their careers and personal lives.
