Heart-Shaped Brownies

Trying to cook up a sweet Valentine plan? Grab your aprons and preheat your ovens. Here’s a how-to video of quick and easy heart-shaped brownies.

Tip: Instead of using chocolate frosting, you may simply dust your heart-shaped brownies with powdered sugar.
*Chocolate frosting recipe below (optional)
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers or chocolate wafers
  • 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Stir the chocolate chips, butter, and salt over low heat until completely melted.
  • Remove pan from heat.
  • Add in the condensed milk, vanilla extract, graham crackers/chocolate wafers, marshmallows and nuts.
  • Mix until completely blended and place in a square or rectangular pan.
  • Chill for about 2 hours or until firm.
Chocolate Frosting
  • 2 cups dark baking chocolate (chopped) or semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Combine all the ingredients and stir them over low heat until desired consistency is achieved.
