Kaya nga hindi ko iniiwan eh!,” Megastar Sharon Cuneta laughingly joked at her media conference last week when Random Republika asked about her husband Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan‘s reaction to her much-talked about comeback movie, Revirginized. The film’s trailer has raked in more than 11 million views during the time of the interview. With pride, she shared how her husband has always been supportive of her decisions.

She began her answer with, “Hahaha! Ganyan. Pinagtawanan ako!” The Megastar said she has warned her husband beforehand that this project is different. “I have this project, this is the story. I’ll be cussing here and saying words that you know, you don’t hear me say. So, I told him some of the words,” she recounted.

“Okay!,” Sharon re-enacted how casually the senator responded. She also added, “Ganun lang naman ‘yung asawa ko. Very supportive ‘yan eh, si Kiko! Kaya nga hindi ko iniiwan eh!,” she laughed, sounding assured of her husband’s open-mindedness.

You know, really, I am in a marriage where we understand each other. It’s like our family, we have our own language. We all jive! I have a very cool husband who’s very supportive of my career and is very smart. He knows that as an actor, I portray many roles. And it can’t be the same thing over and over again, especially at my age,” the Megastar raved. “Walang kuwestiyon, nothing. Even when I mentioned that I might work with this ex of mine soon,” she added. Sharon went on to describe her husband as very secure and supportive that he even wished the project would finally push through. “He never made me feel na hindi mo puwede gawin ‘to, hindi mo puwede gawin ‘yan.

About Revirginized

Sharon Cuneta is described to be in her hottest, funniest, and most virginal role in REVIRGINIZED. The director of trending digital movies such as “Paglaki Ko Gusto Kong Maging Pornstar”, “Tililing” and “Ang Babaeng Walang Pakiramdam”, Darryl Yap has this new comedy movie dedicated to all the Titas who still “have it.”

Distraught from her recently-decided annulment, Carmela (Sharon Cuneta) loiters at a sari-sari store, dazed and confused. She accidentally meets her goddaughter and her friends who are buying tons of alcohol at the store before they head out to a beach party. Wanting to escape from her reality, Carmela blackmails her goddaughter that she would snitch her to her mom if she doesn’t bring her to the beach party.

Trying hard to be young and wild and with all the awkwardness, Carmela will try to party hard at the beach party and even have a one night stand with Morph (Marco Gumabao), the hunk young man who owns the venue of the beach party, and also a tattoo artist. Morph will later on confess to Carmela that he has fallen for her the moment he saw her peeing and talking to baby turtles by the seaside.

In the midst of the noise and chaos of the beach party, Carmela will understand the youth of today’s generation and she will finally realize her self-worth and will start to dream again for herself.

Indeed, you will see a very different, one you-have-never-seen-before Sharon Cuneta in REVIRGINIZED. And this movie will also give birth to the new love team you will ride on, the #TeamCuBao. Because Sharon Cuneta and Marco Gumabao’s chemistry definitely has the spice and kilig in it. So don’t miss out on this year’s hottest, most virgin and funniest movie, REVIRGINIZED.
