We chatted with Tony Labrusca and he gamely answered our 8 Random Questions.
“I love Vancouver for its fresh air. There’s really nothing like it. Taking walks and shopping downtown are fun. Having dinner in beautiful Gastown is also a favorite. I also love going to Richmond because there is a huge Asian population in that particular city and it has all my favorite bubble tea shops.
However, nothing can still compare to Manila. My heart belongs here. I love our food — no joke, Filipino food is my favorite. Manila is rapidly growing, and hanging out around Ayala and Bonifacio Global City is always so nice. I love that it’s summer here 365 of the year. Also, my nickname is “Sharky” for a reason! I love the beaches here so much, I’m usually the only one left in the waters with a pair of flippers and goggles exploring, while everyone is just done with their swimming.” — Tony Labrusca (excerpts from the interview)
