Pascual, known for his genuine and down-to-earth personality, emphasizes his desire to champion Filipino entrepreneurs. “More than anything, you know, I would say it’s because, you know, we want to support local entrepreneurs,” he shared. He admires Beautéderm’s founder and chairwoman, Rhea Anicoche-Tan, for her drive and the positive impact she has on people’s lives. “Rhea has always been a prime mover, you know, when it comes to products that make our consumers really value what she has,” Pascual explained. “Being with her for five years, and how the company has evolved, you know, how a lot of people are actually having better lives because of what she’s doing.”

For Pascual, the relationship with Beautéderm goes beyond a typical endorsement deal. He feels a strong sense of connection with the company and its values. “It makes me feel proud about, you know, being an ambassador of Beautéderm,” he said. “I’m just really happy that she chose me. Pascual, who seems to defy age, believes in taking care of himself, both physically and mentally. “I sleep a lot. I value my health. Because yun ang kuhunan din natin sa trabaho,” he revealed. “I always want to be in tip-top shape. It comes with the job. It comes with the territory para at least laging ready.”

And when it comes to aging, Pascual has a refreshingly honest perspective. “For me, as a guy, you have to embrace it. Nagkasalamin na rin ako. Tapos nag-titina na [ng buhok]. So wala. Wala talaga tayo magagawa,” he admitted with a chuckle. “I’m embracing it in such a way that I don’t celebrate my lines. I don’t celebrate ‘yung aging. But I just embrace it. When I look at myself in the mirror, nakikita ko yung history ko. And I don’t want to alter that.”
