In late 2021, Kapuso Comedy Queen Aiai Delas Alas finished a 12-week pastry course at Treston International College’s Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts. Last August 25, the proud alumna of APCA Philippines was officially launched as an ambassadress and she signed a contract with Treston International College executive vice-president Sheryl G. Lee and Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts founder Chef Niklesh Sharma.

She was also reunited with her instructors. The pastry art experts showed fondness for Ai Ai and described her eagerness and enthusiast as a student.

In such a short time, Ai Ai has been successfully applying the skills and techniques she developed from APCA. Her baking business has now expanded to the United States.

Master class
Our 3 to 4 days Master classes are for Hotel Professionals, Pastry Shop owners, Pastry Instructors and Pastry enthusiasts. It will be a combination of Hands-on and demonstration. The participants will have an opportunity to create recipe under the supervision of the experts. The Master chefs will share the tricks of the trade, valuable tips, new technology and concepts that will allow them to expand their knowledge and skills.
