The boys have arrived!

After 10 grueling and exciting weeks of training, classes, and exams, the journey to reach the top has finally ended for the final 12 trainees who made it to the competition’s finale. In the final episode of Top Class: Rise to P-Pop Stardom held live at the PETA Theater Center in Quezon City, Jascel, Jeff, Lex, Dean, and Gilly are the five trainees that got the highest mark in the biggest and most interactive P-Pop talent reality competition in the country. As the “Top Class 5”, they will be trained and developed further before they officially debut as a P-Pop boy group with their own name and fandom. 

In the last episode, the final 12 were divided into two groups. Group 1 was composed of Dean, RZ, Gilly, Timothy, JC, and Jeff. Group 2 was composed of Joshuel, Jascel, Jai, Lex, Niko, and Roj. Group 1 got to collaborate with P-Pop boy group VXON as they performed “P.S.” And they also performed their own rendition of Gary Valenciano’s “Hataw Na”. Group 2 got to collaborate with P-Pop boy group 1stOne as they performed “OH”. Their second performance as a group was their own rendition of another Gary Valenciano hit entitled “Sa Yahweh Ang Sayaw”. 

The winners will each get 500,000 pesos, a 3-year management and recording contract with Cornerstone Entertainment and Kumu, an exclusive streaming contract with Kumu, 50 thousand pesos worth of gadgets, and an opportunity to debut as the next P-Pop boy group.

Top Class: Rise to P-Pop Stardom is the product of a partnership between four Filipino entertainment powerhouses: Kumu, TV5, Cignal Entertainment, and Cornerstone Entertainment. Watch out for the Top Class 5 as they continue their training towards becoming the Philippines’ newest P-Pop boy group.
