Touching: Robredo Daughter Pays Tribute to Sec. Mar Roxas After His Concession
After DILG Secretary Mar Roxas‘ concession yesterday to leading presidential candidate Davao City Mayor Rodrigo “Rody” Duterte, Aika Robredo expressed her appreciation for her mother’s campaign partner. Aika is the eldest daughter of Liberal Party’s vice-presidential candidate Leni Robredo and the late DILG Secretary and Naga City Mayor Jesse Robredo. The Robredos have previously shared in interviews that Roxas has been there for them from the time Jesse was missing from the plane. DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo died from a plane crash in 2012.
