Rain answered cautiously, “I mean sa ginagawa ko namang lifestyle ngayon magwo-work together naman kami na ‘Okay, let’s go together mag-gym,’” signaling his openness to support.
Vice added a detail to the hypothetical question, “Ayaw niyang mag-gym kasi nagpo-postpartum pa siya.”
Ogie commented, “That’s correct” and Karylle agreed, “Ay oo.
“Kaya yung babae nagkahormonal hormonal problem. Lumaki siya. How are you going to deal with that?,” Vice continued.
Rain admitted, “Ah, ang hirap ah. I mean meron namang pinopromote na mga ‘Slim Fit,’ hinting he prefers his partner to stay slim for health purposes but also showing concern for her overall health.
Vice then asked, “So, pipilitin mo talaga siya like gusto mo talaga po hindi ka papayag na hindi siya pumayat?”
Rain clarified, “Yeah… Kasi alam niyo naman like sa bansa natin medyo ayoko lang siya na ma-bully,” expressing his desire to avoid societal judgment and judgmental comments about weight. But Vice readily questioned further, “Ayaw mong ma-bully o ikaw jina-judge mo yung matataba? Huwag nating i-refer sa ibang tao. Sa’yo. Kasi opinyon mo ‘yung tinatanong natin eh.” Karylle added to the question, “Is it for the looks or for the health?”
Obviously feeling awkward, Rain remained honest with his opinion and said, “Sa ‘kin lang is for the health naman ng partner ko na ayaw ko rin naman na in the long run pagsisisihan niya. More on healthy. Healthy living.”
The conversation then shifted towards women and their bodily changes, especially after pregnancy. Vice explained, “Kasi a woman’s body really changes from time to time.”
Ogie Alcasid supported, “True. There are thyroid issues…”
Karylle added, “‘Tsaka lalo ‘pag stressed ka, ang hirap magpapayat,” pointing out that stress greatly affects weight.
Karylle nodded in agreement, stressing the importance of balance. “Totoo yan. Lalo na ‘pag yun yung focus mo to lose weight. Hindi talaga. Kailangan mag-relax ka muna bago siya mag-work.”

Angela’s Reflection
Angela spoke about her own experiences and feelings. She smilingly shared with conviction when asked for her opinion, “Ah personally, ‘yung kanina, I respect his opinion, yes, pero again para sa akin at sa lahat ng kababaihan na nandito, nakikinig, at nanonood, ‘yung katawan natin we should be thankful for it kasi kinaraga ako nito sa maraming bagay sa buhay ko and I’m thankful for it and I understand that. But I respect him, too, kasi syempre, oo naman, healthwise, you know, but still, thankful ako sa katawan ko, eh, and it’s not my insecurity. I can work on it.”
This led Vice to giving dating advice to plus-sized women. Meron at merong nakalaan para sainyo,” Vice strongly but lovingly reminded.
Vhong agreed wholeheartedly, “Yes, totoo ‘yan!”
