WATCH: Anna Larrucea Played Rhian Ramos’ Role in the 2005 Saving Sally Version
Got this interesting trivia from the makers of Saving Sally — 90s child star Anna Larrucea first played the role of Sally in 2005. Due to conflicts in schedule, she was unable to push through with the film reshoot in 2010. Rhian Ramos, who replaced Anna, had to audition before getting the role in 2009.
