WATCH: Miss Philippines and Miss Colombia React to the Wrong Announcement of Winner
The Miss Universe 2015 crown has been transferred from Miss Colombia to Miss Philippines earlier today when pageant host Steve Harvey initially announced the wrong winner. The host apologized onstage and through Twitter to appease the disappointed supporters.
