Willie Revillame is Back in GMA to Host ‘WowoWIN’
Willie Revillame is now up again on his wheel of fortune. The controversial host whose working relationship with ABS-CBN and hit show Wowowee ended in 2010 has now signed a contract with the network’s archrival, GMA-7. According to GMA News, Willie is set to host a noontime show to air every Sunday entitled WowoWIN. The said show which will feature a “Bigyan ng Jacket” segment (a line Willie popularized in Wowowillie during his TV5 stint) is going against ABS-CBN’s undisputed musical variety show, ASAP. Oooh, we all have to wait and see if Willie will be a threat to the long-running and well-received ASAP. 🙂 Willie is quoted to have said, “Dito naman talaga ako nagsimula. I am back where I truly belong.”
