Police Officer 2 Mariano Flormata a.k.a. Neil Perez bags the Mister International 2014 title in the pageant held in South Korea today. He has been quoted in previous interviews that he is dedicating his bid for the title to his fallen Philippine National Police (PNP) comrades in the January 25 Mamasapano clash in Maguindanao.
