WishDate: Unexpected – A night of music and different kinds of love
The Mall of Asia Arena was transformed into a haven of romantic anticipation last April 28 during the “Wish Date: Unexpected” event. This unique showcase effortlessly blended a touching short film, stellar musical performances, and an impressive live stage acting session – a recipe for pure ‘kilig’ that sent hearts fluttering throughout the crowd.
At the core of the film was a uniquely crafted love story featuring a cast of young talents and fresh faces. Kate Yalung and Teejay Marquez’s undeniable chemistry shone as the lead couple, while Riza Faulkerson, Tim Tuppil, and Jameson Blake added layers of complexity and charm to the narrative.

Interspersed throughout the film were powerful musical performances by beloved artists. Asia’s Limitless Star, Julie Anne San Jose, delivered spine-tingling renditions of her hits, elevating the emotional intensity of the story.
