LOOK: Yassi Pressman returns to the big screen with Joel Torre in upcoming thriller ‘Isolated’
Prepare for a chilling cinematic experience this April as Yassi Pressman gears up for a major comeback to the big screen in the upcoming thriller Isolated. Moviegoers across the nation can catch Isolated in theaters starting April 30, 2025.

Story and Stars
“ISOLATED” is a suspense-filled thriller brought to life by Gawad Urian-nominated director Benedict Mique. The film boasts a talented cast, including multi-awarded actor Joel Torre, alongside Candy Pangilinan, Wilbert Ross, Gwen Garci, Yayo Aguila, and Denise Esteban.

The narrative centers on Rose (played by Yassi Pressman), a young nurse seeking well-compensated work who takes on a private nursing position for Peter (Joel Torre), an elderly man with dementia. Peter has lived in solitude for a long time and possesses a peculiar and mysterious nature. Despite his apparent helplessness in his wheelchair, Rose detects something unsettling about the man under her care.

An Atmosphere of Unease
As Rose stays alone with Peter in his unsettling house, she experiences intense anxiety and sleepless nights, constantly feeling watched. Adding to her distress, she encounters disturbing visions and interacts with what appear to be spirits within the house.

The central questions posed by the film are: “What are the horrors that lie within the walls of Peter’s house? Is Rose right in questioning Peter’s true colors? Are they alone, or is there someone there with them?”
Everyone is invited to join Rose as she tries to uncover the truth and find answers about the real story of Peter and his house when “ISOLATED” premieres in cinemas nationwide this April 30.
