“Good afternoon! I am Rhea Ramos Anicoche-Tan, 43, (My age, let’s walk the talk, sweeties!) and welcome to the Beautéderm headquarters!,” Beautéderm founder and CEO Rhea Anicoche-Tan playfully opened the event a la beauty queen last Friday, June 14. Following the success of last year’s collaboration, Tan has once again partnered with the country’s well-loved national beauty pageant, Binibining Pilipinas. She personally welcomed the 40 candidates into her beauty brand’s main headquarters in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Tan welcomed the Bb. Pilipinas 2024 contestants to her impressive 7-story Beautéderm building. The meet-and-greet event, hosted by Beautéderm brand ambassadors DJ Jhai Ho and Darla Sauler, marked her dedication to mentoring young Filipinas in the realms of entrepreneurship and self-care.

Among the attendees were candidates representing various regions, including Bb. Baguio, Bb. Quezon City, Bb. Bacolod City, Bb. Zamboanga City, Bb. Batangas City, and Bb. Negros Occidental. These aspiring beauty queens had the chance to interact with Tan and glean insights from her extensive experience in the beauty and wellness sector.

Tan shared her enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “I hope this partnership will inspire and empower Filipinas across the country to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin, and whatever career path they choose to be in.”

She continued, “The Binibining Pilipinas organization has been helping women for so many years. I’m grateful for this partnership, celebrating talented, smart, and beautiful Filipinas. These young women may find inspiration and learnings from what I went through in my business journey. I am willing to share what I can and impart guidance.”

The formalization of this partnership took place on May 22, when key executives from the Bb. Pilipinas organization visited the Beautéderm Headquarters. This collaboration represents a significant step in supporting and uplifting Filipina women.

During the event, Tan announced an exciting incentive: the winner of the Ms. Beautéderm title will receive P500,000 worth of Beautéderm products to launch their business, in addition to P150,000 in cash on coronation night.

Tan expressed her vision for the title, saying, “For the Ms. Beautéderm title, we want a proud Filipina who is aspirational, confident, and has a heart for others. We cannot wait to crown the Ms. Beautéderm on coronation.”

This partnership underscores the strong connection between beauty and business while emphasizing the importance of empowering women to pursue their dreams.

Be sure to tune in for the 60th Binibining Pilipinas coronation night on July 7 at the Araneta Coliseum, where Beautéderm will proudly serve as the official skincare partner.
