Gabriel “Gab” Valenciano has forged his path beyond his famous family. Recognized as the son of OPM legend Gary Valenciano, he’s also a creative force whose viral “Super Selfie” videos caught Beyoncé’s eye. These videos not only gained international attention but also influenced the concept of Beyoncé’s “7/11” music video, which boasts over 600 million YouTube views.

Gab produced these videos while studying at Full Sail University, honing his skills in recording arts and engineering. His dynamic dance moves, quick cuts, and powerful edits so impressed Beyoncé that she included him in the creative process for “7/11,” even granting him an “additional choreography” credit. This led to a Best Choreography nomination at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards.

His talents also led him to audition for America’s Got Talent, which he passed, but scheduling conflicts prevented him from continuing. Nonetheless, his audition was featured in the show’s promotional commercial, and he appeared on America’s Funniest Home Videos, Good Morning America, and various online media outlets.

In the Philippines, Gab has contributed his musical talents to numerous soap operas, including ABS-CBN’s remake of Green Rose and Dahil Sa Pag-Ibig, as well as the Jeepney TV theme song. His work on the song “Move” for the ASAP Supahdance album earned him three Awit Awards. He also produced and arranged “Galing Ng Pilipino,” TFC’s 20th anniversary theme song, which garnered several awards. Additionally, he scored the award-winning indie film Alagwa and directed music videos for various artists.

Gab’s television credits include directing for GMA-7’s Wowowin, hosting Club TV on TV5, co-hosting Sarah G Live, and participating in I Can Do That and Shall We Dance. He’s also a champion motorcyclist, showcasing his diverse interests.

After relocating to the USA in 2023, Gab continues to flourish creatively, juggling diverse projects while sharing his passion for performing.
