In a ceremony held in Jakarta, Indonesia, Glenda Dela Cruz, the woman entrepreneur behind Brilliant Skin Essentials, was celebrated as one of the awardees at the Inspiring Women Excellence Awards 2024. Known widely as Miss Glenda, Dela Cruz received the award for her extraordinary contributions to business and her inspiring entrepreneurial journey. During her acceptance speech, Dela Cruz highlighted the rapid expansion of her business empire, stating, “Now I’m 27 years old. From Brilliant Skin Essentials, we now have Brilliant Cafe and Brilliant Aesthetics and Spa. Next month, we will open our hotel and spa in Malaysia, my own manufacturing plant, Brilliant Builders, my own construction firm, Brilliant Medical Group, Brilliants by G, iFarm, and iFuel, a petroleum company. And now, I’m starting a real estate development [business] in Dubai. Indonesia presents an exciting market and we are eager to make our products available to consumers here. We’re optimistic about finding ways to navigate the distribution and legal landscape effectively.”
