Fil-Am singer Nick Vera Perez returns home to serenade kababayans via ‘Laging Ikaw’ album promo mall tour
“Nag-eenjoy ako sa mall shows kasi may vacation na, may work pa,” US-based Filipino singer and reigning Mr. United Nations International (Mr. USA United Nations 2023) Nick Vera Perez shared how he likes incorporating work into his vacation in the Philippines. This May, Nick is back in the country to promote his album “Laging Ikaw.”
“Ngayon, we will visit Zamboanga, GenSan, Davao,” Nick shared that he is set to do some mall shows this month. “Ngayon, meron kaming Shaw Boulevard, may Isetann, may Sta. Lucia East, may Farmers. Mall shows start May 9,” he added. The male pageant winner and seasoned performer held an intimate press conference at SM North EDSA last Saturday, May 4.
“Laging Ikaw is an album of 12 tracks. Laging Ikaw is the carrier single. Ang gumawa ay si Adonis Tabanda, who is the director din ni Morrissette [Amon]. Magaling talaga,” Nick shared.
The carrier single originally debuted during the pandemic-ridden year of 2021. Its reception was impressive, with over one million downloads within the first five days of its release, capturing the hearts of music enthusiasts worldwide.
In addition to his latest endeavor, Nick has a colorful discography including albums such as “I Am Ready,” “Our Christmas,” “Parte Ng Buhay Ko,” and “UnAfraid.”
Nick’s musical prowess transcends traditional stages, with performances on various online platforms including Showtime Online, Myx Global Online, and the KUMU streaming app.
Comprising 12 captivating tracks, “Laging Ikaw” is now available across 220 digital platforms.
Beyond his musical achievements, Nick recently attained his doctorate degree in Nursing from Walden University, adding to his extensive academic milestones. Currently pursuing a fourth degree as a Nurse Practitioner, he epitomizes the fusion of artistry and healthcare, earning him the moniker of a “singing nurse-doctor.”
