LU‘, a thrilling new film set against the breathtaking backdrop of La Union. The press conference was held at KAO Manila at the Newport World Resorts.
“The last seven days of summer! Seven days to be wild and free! Seven days to push the limits of youth!” This is the mantra of the Valley Boys Club (VBC), a close-knit group of six heartthrobs ready to make their final summer together unforgettable. But beneath the carefree laughter lies a secret – for one of them, this could be his last chance to truly live.
The film stars a sizzling cast, including David Licauco, Teejay Marquez, Derrick Monasterio, Kiko Estrada, Enzo Pineda, and Ruru Madrid, alongside a bevy of beauties like Pinky Amador, Michelle Dee, Katarina Rodriguez, Chanel Morales and more. Think bikinis, bonfires, and the kind of drama that only young love can ignite.
“I’m sure today’s kids will identify with the different characters they’ll see in the movie, and can relate to all their coming-of-age problems, especially now that mental health issues have become more relevant,” says producer Arnold Vegafria.
But ‘G! LU’ isn’t just a visual feast; it’s a poignant exploration of friendship, family, and the bittersweet realization that nothing lasts forever.
