One of today’s hottest young stars, Andrea Brillantes, dropped big revelations about her love life when she guested in Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda’s vlog. Clips of the said interview are now going viral on TikTok, Twitter, and other social media platforms. Andrea, whose recent breakup with basketball player and actor Ricci Rivero has gone controversial, kept her hot revelations anonymous.

The interview started with Vice and Andrea discussing what it means to be Gen Z these days. The young actress expressed her sentiments on how being born in generation with a lot of technological advancements also comes with a price. “Minsan ang dami na ring nagpapaka-woke,” she said. Andrea continued to share how she frowns upon the concept of cancel culture or the culture in which those who are perceived to have acted or spoken in an unacceptable manner are often attacked or even boycotted. Vice chimed in with her words of wisdom, “Wala naman masama sa pagiging woke, minsan lang sumosobra.” Andrea agreed and suggested that instead of being entitled, there is a need for her and her fellow Gen Z mates to educate others instead of canceling them.

From a fun bag raid of Andrea’s baguette bag, the conversation led them to the actress’ recent soul-searching trip in Spain and here recent heartbreak. Andrea dove into the details of how she went through the different stages of getting over someone. Vice asked, “Beshie, ‘pag nakikipaghiwalay ka, tina-try mo pa rin bang makipagbalikan?” To which Andrea replied, “Isang beses lang yata ako nakipaghiwalay po. Kasi hindi ako napapagod pagdating sa love.”

Vice playfully asked with a serious look, “Beshie, ayaw mo sa basketball player?” Andrea’s reply was not definitive. She said, “Ayaw ko muna sa kahit na sino. Kasi baka malay mo The One for me talaga ay matinong basketball player pero ngayon, hindi po talaga.” To lighten things up, Vice quipped, “Alam mo, minsan kasi ‘pag bagets, immature ‘di ba? Ayaw mo mag-jowa ng coach?” The two burst into laughter.
