Fresh episodes zoom in on more things to do and see in ‘A Journey with Joana Marie’

“A Journey With Joana Marie” is a highly anticipated addition to Season 2 of the popular television program “Circle of Influencers.” The brand new episodes are set to premiere on the Philippines’ free #LightTV God’s Blessings of Channel.
Hosted by fresh TV personality Joana Marie, CEO and owner of Laurus Philippines, “A Journey With Joana Marie” aims to inspire and empower viewers. Joana is a speaker, serial entrepreneur, and a driving force in various industries, including event organization, fashion, and clothing. Her mission is to support both men and women in their personal development, health, wellness, and empowerment.
Each episode will feature professionals who will share their “passion and fashion” while supporting their preferred charities and foundations. The show is the brainchild of Jag Cruz, a talented filmmaker, content creator, and director, and is produced as a blocktime show by Mabuhay Philippines Digital Network for Light TV.
During a recent press conference held on June 29, 2023, at Fin and Claw in Timog Ave, Quezon City, Joana shared her inspiring life story. Growing up in the slums, she faced numerous challenges that fueled her determination to succeed. Joana revealed that her role model for TV hosting is the renowned American talk show host and celebrity, Oprah Winfrey.
Joana also expressed her personal perspective on what it means to be an influencer, stating, “An influencer is not defined solely by my own standards. Someone may have millions of followers, but what matters to me is the value I provide to those who follow me. Did I bring them joy, hope, or empowerment?” For Joana, an influencer is someone who has the ability to positively impact the lives of others, whether they have one follower or a million. “Kasi lahat tayo we have our own influence with other people,” she added.”

She expressed her excitement for more empowering projects together, ““I am grateful as well that he is open and collaborative with my own ideas and suggestions. From the start, I feel so valued.
