No wonder he’s now trending on Twitter. Many thought Senator Bong Revilla‘s set of individual messages to his fellow senators was a prelude to a resignation. No such thing happened. Instead, the controversial senator who is currently involved in the PDAF case ended his privilege speech with a cheesy music video. Take note, he sang the background song himself.
