Vice Ganda brings the house down at Barako Fest 2024
The Unkabogable Phenomenal Box Office Superstar, Vice Ganda, brought his signature wit and electrifying energy to Barako Fest 2024, setting the stage ablaze for Day 2 of the south’s grandest music festival. Joined by heartthrob Juan Karlos Labajo, the duo performed to a roaring, jampacked crowd, proving once again why Vice Ganda remains a beloved icon in Philippine entertainment.
The 3-day Barako Fest 2024 kicked off under a picturesque gloomy sky with moderate winds. Officials from Lipa and participating Batangas municipalities, headed by former Lipa Representative Vilma Santos-Recto, officially opened the festivities. This year’s edition marks a special milestone, featuring a vibrant Arts Exhibit and beautiful booths showcasing the unique cultural identities of Batangas’s cities and towns.
Vice Ganda’s performance ignited the festival crowd, sending waves of laughter and excitement through the audience. In a Facebook post, Vice Ganda expressed their love for their Batangueño fans:

Barako’s Music Festival kicked off with a dazzling fireworks display, followed by opening remarks from Finance Secretary Ralph Recto, former Lipa Representative Vilma Santos-Recto, and Ryan Recto.
The festival promises to be a non-stop celebration of culture, arts, and music. The finale on Saturday featured even more star-studded acts, and promises to wrap up with a bang. Festival-goers can also enjoy the ongoing Trade Fair, Basketball Tournament, Art Fest, Dirt Fest, and the thrilling Last To Take Hand Off Challenge.
