Kapuso actress Jaclyn Jose just bagged the Cannes 2016 Best Actress award at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival in France for her performance in Brillante Mendoza‘s independent film, Ma’ Rosa. The veteran actress played the role of a mother stricken with poverty and was forced to sell drugs.
