The event was held at the Elephant Grounds, The Podium in Pasig City.

According to Clara, this book does not just focus on health and weight loss but also inspires the readers to achieve contentment, peace, and happiness in life. She also mentioned that this book is perfect for readers who have been on various diet bandwagons and have not reached their goals and expectations right away. Through years of expertise in research especially in wellness and nutrition, she has allowed herself to unlock and open up about her secrets to achieving her health and beauty goals.
