This is what we see in newly crowned Miss Universe-Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters who shared her pageant win with the people who helped her in her Binibining Pilipinas journey. In her latest Instagram post, Rachel paid tribute to her mentors, family, friends, and gave special mention to her boyfriend Camarines Sur Governor Migz Villafuerte. The proud boyfriend had an earlier post expressing his love and support.
